Today, acquisition of skills and self-reliance are necessary requirements to cushion unemployment and overcome poverty.   The Center is open to all who seek to acquire some skills to make a living, with particular reference to youths.  It offers courses on Catering, Cosmetology, and Bead making. The program aims at empowering people to be useful and self-reliant, and contribute to the welfare of the society at large.
